Petitions
A PETITION is a request, complaint, notification, or proposal submitted in writing or by email, which a citizen or a legally established organization may address to central and local public authorities and institutions, decentralized public services of ministries and other central bodies, national companies and corporations, county or local-interest commercial companies, as well as autonomous administrations, hereinafter referred to as public authorities and institutions. (Article 2 of Government Ordinance No. 27/2002 on the regulation of the activity of handling petitions, as subsequently amended).
Standard Form (E-PETITION), which shall contain: first name/last name, address, email address, telephone number, petition text, attached documents (if applicable), and the method for receiving the response issued by the Company – [download form]. This form shall ultimately direct submissions to the official CNAIR SA email address: registraturacnair@andnet.ro.
Disclaimer:
CNAIR SA will not consider petitions containing incomplete or incorrect information.
The petitioner’s name and contact details must be real and accurate.
Anonymous petitions or petitions containing false information will not be considered. Anonymous petitions or those that do not include the petitioner’s identification details will be closed, in accordance with Article 7 of Government Ordinance No. 27/2002.
Petitions containing offensive or abusive language will not be considered.
Petitions in which only an email address is provided instead of the petitioner’s first and last name will not be considered.
Petitions that, despite containing contact details, do not clearly state the information requested will not be considered.
