Vignette are issued through software applications by distributors, namely:

CNAIR and its subordinate units, namely the regional directorates of roads and bridges, national road sections, control and toll collection agencies, as well as other units established in accordance with the law, and legal entities with which CNAIR has concluded agreements for this purpose.
